Migrating from spreadsheets
Each product can import existing data. Download a template, fill it in, upload it — you get a row-by-row preview before anything is saved, and any import can be undone.
- BTAS Payrolls — employees, and opening year-to-date balances for a mid-year switch.
- Ngychom Lending — borrowers, and live loans with outstanding balances.
- Ngychom FX — clients, and beneficiaries with NUBAN-checked bank details.
Files can be .xlsx or .csv, and if your column names are not ours you can map them once — the platform remembers your mapping for next time. Templates are available inside each app under Import data.
