Privacy notice
How personal data is handled across BTAS Payrolls, Ngychom Lending and Ngychom FX.
What we collect
Account details (name, work email, phone), the company details you enter, and the records you create in each product — employee and payroll data, loan applications and repayments, client and beneficiary details, and currency exchanges. We also keep security logs of sign-ins and privileged actions.
Why we hold it
To provide the service you signed up for, to meet statutory obligations (payroll deductions and filings, identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks), to keep accounts secure, and to support you when you ask for help.
Where it lives
Data is stored in managed PostgreSQL infrastructure inside the European Union, with encrypted connections, per-business isolation and role-based access. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; two-factor secrets are held per account and recovery codes are stored hashed.
Who can see it
Staff of your own workspace, according to their role. A platform super-admin (controlled by your deployment allowlist) can technically access workspaces for support and maintenance, and such access is logged. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Card and transfer details are handled by the payment provider you connect. Card numbers never reach our servers.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, request correction, or ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep for statutory reasons. Export tools are built into every product.
