Terms of service
The rules for using BTAS Payrolls, Ngychom Lending and Ngychom FX.
The service
We provide software for payroll administration, loan servicing and currency exchange operations. We are not a bank and do not provide financial, tax or legal advice. Payment services are provided by licensed third parties you connect.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping credentials secure, for the people you invite to your workspace and the roles you give them, and for complying with the law that applies to your business — including tax, employment, lending and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for unlawful payments, to process data you have no right to hold, to attempt to access another workspace, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts where there is a legal or security reason to.
Fees
Commercial terms are agreed separately. Until then, evaluation use is free and clearly marked as simulated wherever money would otherwise move.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected period.
Data and ending the agreement
Your data remains yours. You can export it at any time, and on request we will provide a full backup. On termination we delete data after the retention period the law requires.
