Ngychom · Credit & loans

A loan book you can actually see.

Take applications, apply your lending rules, disburse and collect — with a portfolio view that shows delinquency before it becomes a problem.

Who it is for

  • Lenders and microfinance institutions running personal or small-business loans
  • Cooperatives, employers and associations offering staff or member credit
  • Anyone moving a loan book off spreadsheets

What it does

Applications and offers

Applications with KYC, documents, rules-based underwriting and a tracked offer with expiry.

Disbursement

Approve and disburse; the repayment schedule is generated and the loan becomes active.

Repayments

Post repayments manually, take them online through the payment provider, or let borrowers pay from their own dashboard.

Collections

A queue of overdue instalments with days-past-due buckets and logged collection actions.

Portfolio reporting

Disbursed, outstanding, collected, NPL and delinquency rates by product and month, exportable.

Existing book migration

Import borrowers and live loans with outstanding balances; the remaining schedule is generated so collections continue.

How it works, day to day

Step 1

Set your products

Amounts, tenures, rates, fees and the underwriting rules that decide who qualifies.

Step 2

Review applications

Everything needed to decide on one screen: profile, documents, scores and rule results.

Step 3

Disburse and schedule

Approve the offer, disburse, and the amortisation schedule is created automatically.

Step 4

Collect

Repayments update balances and schedules; overdue items surface in the collections queue.

Compliance and controls

  • KYC status per borrower and watchlist screening with recorded review decisions
  • Consent capture and document storage per application
  • Role separation between company admins, managers and auditors
  • Every decision, disbursement and repayment written to the audit trail

Common questions

Can I import loans that are already running?

Yes. Import borrowers first, then loans with their outstanding balance, rate, tenure and next due date — a schedule for the remaining term is generated.

Does it take real payments?

It can. Add your payment provider keys and borrowers can settle online; until then repayments can be posted manually and the system stays in a marked simulated mode.

Several branches or companies?

Each business is its own workspace with its own staff and data. A platform super-admin — controlled by your deployment allowlist — can oversee all of them.
